At VacationClubCrew, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. No restocking fee.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns

Process

  2. Return Shipping: You will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  3. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

  1. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  2. Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at VacationClubCrew@gmail.com or on the chat.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
  2. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
